I am the webmaster of Kapitsilim. I go by Biktor in some areas of the net, but for this one, you may call me Victor. I have several blogs on Tumblr. Recent developments on the site has made me want to look for other webs to weave.

Some facts about me: I'm Filipino (Southern Tagalog and Bicolano), a scalie (thanks to DOS2's Red Prince), and an ex-Catholic. My favorite animal is the true seal. I often have dreams where I swim like a seal through air, which I would indeed prefer to walking.
